Here is what we hold and where you can check it. The license number is in the footer of every page.

  • License

  • Certification

    • EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm (RRP)

A certified renovation firm under the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting rule, which covers paid work that disturbs paint in homes built before 1978.

  • Insurance

    • General liability and workers' compensation

Certificates go to you before work starts, and to your HOA if it asks.

Warranty

What a written warranty says

The term and the cover are in your contract, not on this page.

  • Our workmanship

The contract states how long we stand behind our own work and what it covers, in plain words.

    • Footings, framing, fasteners and flashing

    • What is excluded, such as wear and weather

  • The makers' warranties

Decking, railing and lighting makers each have their own terms, which we pass to you as printed.

    • We give you the paperwork

    • You deal with the maker for a product fault

  • What we ask of you

The care sheet says what to wash and seal. Skipping it can end a warranty.

    • Wash and seal as the sheet says

    • Tell us early if something moves
