Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.Residential and Small Commercial Contractor · UT License # 000000

How it works

From first message to the dusk photos

  1. 01

Step 1: You call or text a photo

Send a picture of the yard and a line about what you picture. Nolan writes back about a visit.

  2. 02

Step 2: An evening yard visit

Trini or Anqi walks the yard with you at the hour you would use it, measures and marks the sun.

  3. 03

Step 3: Drawings and a written scope

You get a plan, the scope with what is and is not included, and a cost sheet.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Permit and materials

We file the permit, order the boards and tell you the start window.

  5. 05

    Step 5: The build

Footings, framing, surface, guard and lights, with the inspections between.

  6. 06

    Step 6: The final evening

We return at dusk, check the lights and shadows, fix what we find and take the photos.

Week one on site

Most people want to know who will be in the yard and what will be left behind. Here is the first week.

What to expect

  • A crew of two to four arrives by 7:30 a.m., with Branko leading

  • Plants, the lawn edge and the house wall are covered before digging

  • The water and the power to the yard stay on unless the scope says otherwise

  • A portable toilet and a dumpster go where you choose

  • The day ends with the tools put away and the gate shut

Questions about the work

Do I need to be home?

Not every day. We ask you to be there for the start and the last evening, and we text when we need a decision.

What if you find a problem under the old deck?

We stop, show you and write a change in plain words before we go on.

What happens if it rains?

Footings and framing wait; some finishing can go on in light weather. Nolan updates the schedule.

How do changes work?

A change is written down, priced and signed before the work happens.
