When you use our contact form, call or text us, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the town and a description of your yard, and any photographs you send.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and book a yard visit
- To prepare the drawings, the scope and the estimate
- To schedule and carry out work you have agreed to
- To keep the records our contract and the law require
Who sees it
Our own team, and the few services we use to run the business, such as email and scheduling. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work you asked for and to meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by writing to us at the email address in the footer.
Photos of your property
Photos we take at the end of a job are ours to keep for our records. We show them publicly only with your written permission.
